1. Do you ship outside of Netherlands?
No. At the moment, we only ship orders within Netherlands.

2. How long does delivery take?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Netherlands.

3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on orders over 30€

4. Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we only accept PayPal. It’s safe, fast, and secure for both you and us.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your package.

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

7. Do you accept returns?
Yes, you have a legal 14-day cooling-off period (bedenktijd) starting from when you receive the product to return it. Please notify us first and ensure the item is in good condition.

8. Can I cancel my order after purchase?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel it by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
